1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") governs access to and use of the KratonBet88 platform, including its website, mobile application, and all related services provided by KratonBet88. 2Member Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the KratonBet88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years or any higher age limit prescribed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of KratonBet88 or any of its affiliates, suppliers, or business partners.
• Has never been directed by a court or competent authority to cease gambling activities.
• Not accessing the KratonBet88 platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Act on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

KratonBet88 uses both automated and manual verification systems to ensure all members meet these eligibility requirements. Any false information provided during registration or the verification process is sufficient grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

3Registration & Account Management

Registering a KratonBet88 account is free and can be done through the official website. Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account only. Opening more than one account, whether directly or through a family member residing at the same address using a shared payment method, is considered a breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing true, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Create a strong, unique password for your KratonBet88 account — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Update your account information whenever any details change, particularly the phone number and email address used to receive notifications and OTPs.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policies

All financial transactions on the KratonBet88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using the following approved payment methods:

• DuitNow
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, and all other banks participating in the FPX network)

Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit to ensure funds are returned to their legitimate source. KratonBet88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within 24 hours.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on the KratonBet88 platform are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances set out below. Members are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before confirmation.

KratonBet88 reserves the right to void or declare void any bet under the following circumstances:

Maximum betting limits for each market and match are set by KratonBet88 and are subject to change based on current market conditions. KratonBet88 reserves the right to restrict the bet size of any member for operational reasons without the need to provide an explanation.

6Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

KratonBet88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer.

The general principles applicable to all KratonBet88 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as "X times the bonus amount" and must be completed within the stipulated time frame.
• Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) qualify towards meeting bonus wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 or those taking opposing positions (arbitrage) are generally excluded from wagering requirement calculations.

7Prohibited Conduct

KratonBet88 maintains a list of behaviours that are strictly prohibited on our platform. Any breach of the prohibitions below will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including real money, bonus funds, and unclaimed winnings:

• Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details.
• Money laundering — using the KratonBet88 platform as a channel to transfer funds derived from illegal sources.
• Betting Arbitrage — systematically placing opposing bets to exploit odds discrepancies without genuine risk.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or third-party software to automate betting or any other interaction with the KratonBet88 platform.
• System exploit — deliberately exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes, or system disruptions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing — allowing another individual to use your KratonBet88 account, or using someone else's account.
• Collusion — colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate casino game outcomes or exploit the betting system.
• Payment fraud — using a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you, or submitting an unauthorised chargeback.

8Account Closure & Suspension

KratonBet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Registration information found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Requests from law enforcement or the relevant regulatory bodies.
• No account activity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting KratonBet88 customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible real money balances will be returned to the member once verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements will not be refunded.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, KratonBet88 reserves the right to withhold all balances while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a serious violation, all balances including real-money funds may be forfeited without compensation.

9KratonBet88 Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KratonBet88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond KratonBet88's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in information or data provided by third-party data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses or missed profits arising from bets placed on the basis of information or analysis provided on the KratonBet88 platform, which is intended as guidance only.
• Changes in laws or regulatory policies affecting the availability of KratonBet88 services in your region.

KratonBet88 provides an online betting platform as an entertainment service. No guarantee of profit is given, and all betting activity carries real financial risk. Members are solely responsible for every financial decision made on this platform.

10Amendments & Governing Law

KratonBet88 reserves the right to modify, amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform unless a different effective date is stated.

KratonBet88 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
